Shipping and Returns Policy

Unless you are in the UK (see policy under European Union below), Our fourteen-day return policy for physical products means, "due to postal carrier times, which are beyond our control, you have less than fourteen days from receiving your item to initiate a return request email; we suggest that you start the process as soon as possible, preferably 7 days from receipt of your order. This allows for ample time to process your refund on our side. We will then provide you with a receipt confirmation and a return tracking code that must be mailed with the returned item within the allotted 14 days.

For your physical order to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, stickers, or labels still attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt/proof of purchase.

  • Non-defective item Returns: we'll issue you a refund and provide a return shipping label. A $4.95–$14.95 shipping fee and a restocking fee of $14.94 apply and will be subtracted from the refund amount. Please note that international shipping fees may be higher, + the final fee may/will be adjusted based on the condition of the item received from the customer.

If your return is in acceptable condition, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return code WILL NOT be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Also, do remember that pictures paint much clearer details.

 

What shipping methods are available?

We primarily ship through USPS using Flat Rate Priority parcels. Depending on the cost, we may use other services such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL. Our shipping & handling fee is a fixed rate unless specified. Free shipping qualifies on orders > $110 unless our site/email specifies current promotions. Expedited shipping or use of other shipping carriers may be subject to additional charges and must be requested at the time of order and during checkout. International shipping will be available for certain countries specified at checkout. Please keep checking for updated regions and rates in the coming weeks. 

 

How long until I receive my package

We fulfill orders and ship within 3-5 business days from the order date for in-stock items.  Shipping time varies with location. Please be aware that holidays and weather may also impact shipping time. You will receive an invoice email that your order has been completed and will include USPS tracking information upon shipment. Note - USPS is responsible for the package once orders are sent to USPS. If a package is lost or stolen or the wrong shipping address was provided, your local USPS office should be able to provide guidance.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), health products, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

 

Unfortunately, some items are final purchases; this may include liquidation items. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on digital products, sale items, or gift cards. Also, note that store credit or refunds may be issued, but your bank's processing time may delay your refund period.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
