Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. You'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days if approved, less the shipping/handling cost. As a small business, we cannot absorb the shipping/restocking fees, but we promise to send your order with the utmost care. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, don't hesitate to get in touch with us at Returns@nyatownflex.com.
Returns
Unless you are in the UK (see policy under European Union below), Our fourteen-day return policy for physical products means, "due to postal carrier times, which are beyond our control, you have less than fourteen days from receiving your item to initiate a return request email; we suggest that you start the process as soon as possible, preferably 7 days from receipt of your order. This allows for ample time to process your refund on our side. We will then provide you with a receipt confirmation and a return tracking code that must be mailed with the returned item within the allotted 14 days.
For your physical order to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, stickers, or labels still attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt/proof of purchase.
- Non-defective item Returns: we'll issue you a refund and provide a return shipping label. A $4.95–$14.95 shipping fee and a restocking fee of $14.94 apply and will be subtracted from the refund amount. Please note that international shipping fees may be higher, + the final fee may/will be adjusted based on the condition of the item received from the customer.

If your return is in acceptable condition, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return code WILL NOT be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Also, do remember that pictures paint much clearer details.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), health products, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, some items are final purchases; this may include liquidation items. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on digital products, sale items, or gift cards. Also, note that store credit or refunds may be issued, but your bank's processing time may delay your refund period.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Unfortunately, we will NOT accept returns on digital products due to copywriting reasons. Thank you for being so understanding.
